Hey pallies, likes today is simply one of the very coolest of the cool days in the life and times of our most beloved Dino. In was on this day, July 11, in the year of our Dino 1946 that our King of Cool had his very very first recordin' session. Our great man recorded his first four tunes for the pallies at Diamond Records....and likes they sez dudes, the rest is Dino-history!

ilovedinomartin shares our most devoted Dino-thanks to our great knower of Dino-history, Mr. Mark R. over at "popculturefanyboy" for remindin' us Dino-holics of this so so significant day of Dino-happenin's. To view this in it's original format, per usual, clicks on the title of this Dino-gram. Keeps lovin' our Dino and keeps growin' in Dino-knowledge! Dino-always, ever, and only, DMP

1946 - At his first recording session, Dean Martin records the tracks “Which Way Did My Heart Go?”, “All of Me”, “I Got the Sun in the Morning” and “The Sweetheart of Sigma Chi” for Diamond Records whose offices were located in The Brill Building in New York City
